SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your participation in the SMS messaging program operated by Augment HR Services ("Augment HR," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile phone number to Augment HR Services and consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Program Description
The Augment HR Services SMS Program delivers operational text messages to candidates, contractors, and customers. Messages may include:
Job application status updates and follow-up
Interview scheduling and confirmations
Shift reminders, scheduling, and address details
Timesheet approval requests and confirmations
Credential, certification, and document expiration alerts
Customer service follow-ups and account communications
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS from Augment HR Services in any of the following ways:
Submitting your phone number on our application form at https://www.augment-hr.com/job-seekers-main, where the consent disclosure is presented directly above the submit button.
Providing written or verbal consent during onboarding with an Augment HR recruiter or coordinator.
Texting one of our opt-in keywords (START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE) to a phone number assigned by Augment HR Services.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS from Augment HR Services at the mobile number you provided.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your role and active engagements (for example, an active contractor on a scheduled assignment will receive more messages than a candidate who has just applied).
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Augment HR Services does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier charges may apply.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply with any of the following keywords to a message you received from us:
STOP STOPALL UNSUBSCRIBE CANCEL END QUIT OPTOUT REVOKE
After you send one of these messages, we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS from that number. You can rejoin the program at any time by replying START.
6. How to Get Help

7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Google Voice, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data or consent with any third party for marketing purposes. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in information collected by Augment HR Services are used only to deliver the operational messages described above and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Eligibility
The Augment HR Services SMS Program is available to U.S. mobile phone subscribers who are 18 years of age or older. By participating, you represent that you are the account holder of the mobile number provided, or that you have authorization from the account holder to enroll that number.
10. Changes to These Terms
Augment HR Services may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
